REGISTRATION OF PERSONS.

This Act shall apply to all persons who are citizens of Kenya and who have attained the age of eighteen years or over or where no proof of age exists, are of the apparent age of eighteen years or over. [Act No. 11 of 1979, s. 2, Act No. 13 of 1980, Sch.]

THE CONSTITUTION OF KENYA.

We, the people of Kenya—

ADOPT, ENACT and give this Constitution to ourselves and to our future generations.
